Condor Project – Washed

This coffee begins its journey with the careful hand-selection of ripe, red cherries. It then undergoes a traditional washed process, including a controlled fermentation period of 24 to 36 hours, depending on the characteristics of the lot. Once washed, the coffee is dried naturally under the sun for 15 to 20 days, allowing it to develop a clean, balanced profile that reflects the dedication behind every step.
